CASSIE BARTHO BIOGRAPHY
Every performer, director, and producer in Australia knows one name when it comes to commercial choreography: Cassie Bartho.
A proud Australian native, training at the prestigious Brent Street Studios. Immediately after graduation, Cassie launched into a stellar career as a dancer, performing alongside global icons such as Dua Lipa, Katy Perry, Sam Smith, Ricky Martin, Jessie J, Kylie Minogue, Kim Petras, Havana Brown, PNAU, Client Liaison, and Danni Minogue, to name just a few. She’s also graced major Australian TV shows like X-Factor, The Voice, and Australia's Got Talent, as well as countless high-profile corporate events.
After nearly a decade in the spotlight, Cassie made an exciting transition to choreography, creative direction, and production. With a unique blend of technical precision, high-energy movement, and inventive storytelling, Cassie’s choreography continually exceeds expectations, crafting performances that are visually stunning, engaging, and always fresh.
In 2024, Cassie’s career reached new heights. She worked as Assistant Choreographer for Katy Perry's high-energy AFL Grand Final performance, helping deliver an unforgettable spectacle. Additionally, Cassie choreographed J Balvin’s 2024 Coachella Performance, where she’s shaping a dynamic, culturally rich experience for one of the biggest music festivals in the world. She also choreographed the highly anticipated JBalvins -Que Bueno Verte Tour.
Alongside these high-profile projects, Cassie was the Resident Choreographer for Gatsby at the iconic Sydney Opera House, where she is bringing the glamour and opulence of the Jazz Age to life with her signature choreography.
Cassie’s choreography has taken her all over the world. She was flown to Spain by The Squared Division to choreograph David Guetta and Becky Hill at the Los 40 Music Awards, while also serving as Movement Director for Delta Goodrem’s 'Bridge Over Troubled Dreams' Tour. She’s also worked with major brands like Sheridan, MenuLog, Love Island, and Optus, and has collaborated with some of the industry's top choreographers, including The Squared Division, J-Town, Matt Lee, Lucas Newland, and Cat Santos.
Cassie was the resident choreographer on the 2023 Australian season of The Masked Singer. and is currently the Creative Producer at Brent Street Studios, where she oversees all creative aspects at the renowned performing arts institution. Cassie’s contributions to the performing arts scene are unmatched, and she continues to inspire and shape the next generation of artists and creatives.
