Tamlyn has danced since she could walk! From 2 years old she lived and breathed dancing. Moving to London when she was 16 to attend Laine Theatre Arts a professional stage school for 3 years, leaving as a fully qualified teacher. 

Her first job straight from College was a Cruise ship where she love travelling the world living the dream. She returned to the Uk to fulfil her dream of performing in the Westend and joined the Cast of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour dream coat understudying Mrs Potiphar. 

 

She also performed in the West End in the Musical - The Genius of Ray Charles and then toured the USA with the Musical. 

 

During her West End time she performed as a Commercial dancer on many TV shows and was a backing dancer for Geri Halliwell, starring in the Famous video “IT'S RAINING MEN”. Tamlyn then auditioned for Crystal Cruises in NYC and became a Swing/ Dance Captain for a number of years transitioning into a Casting Director for them touring the world looking for Dancers and Singers for the Ship.

 

Tamlyn Emigrated to Australia in 2011 and started teaching audition technique classes at the prestigious Spectrum Dance with Trish Squires for a few years, sharing her knowledge in Auditions.

 

Tamlyn has adjudicated for over 13 years in the UK, Australia and NZ with her passion being voice critiques and LOVES seeing the talent of tomorrow and sharing her passion and knowledge for dance with everyone
